Can you guess the beak of this raptor? She is one of more than 100 animals who live at the Museum because they cannot survive in the wild.
Amazing fact about this bird: she is celebrating her 32nd birth(hatch)day this year. One detail that dates her is that her name is Farrah. She was named after the late actress, Farrah Fawcett.
She cannot survive in the wild because she was "imprinted" on humans, after having been raised by humans. Farrah thinks she is human, and does not know how to hunt. She came to the Museum in 2005 from the animal rehabilitation center Wildlife Images in Merlin, Ore.
... And, hey – there's a prize! The first person who guesses her species correctly can stop by and pick up a wild Museum poster!

I think I know the answer! How should I contact you so I don't give it away?- jjthephotoguy@gmail.com
