Meeting Snakes Today!

Every creature has its place in nature, including snakes. Snakes are unique and mysterious and many people fear them. Our goal is for people to understand them better, and to have fun doing it!

At 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. today through Sunday, people will be meeting and handling snakes and even a giant python as they learn about some of the most beautiful and exotic animals on our planet. This fast paced program is visiting from Brad's World Reptiles, a refuge in Corvallis, Ore.

Tickets: $7 plus admission. Members: $5 and special, early seating.
Purchase tickets at the door, at http://tinyurl.com/yhfwg82,

  1. I am the original principal designer of the High Desert Museum exhibits and enjoy following your progress.

There's a good article in the Oregonian on native bees. It would make a good inexpensive exhibit, needed in these short money times.
